Excellent food and service at a good price. This unassuming cafe has no pretentions and is generous in hospitality and food servings. They even put our coffees in take away cups for us with no fuss when we could not finish the coffee.

Proper traditional English cafe, no fuss and very good value for money (£7 set breakfast with tea and toast). Convenient for the station and open on Sundays. Was busy when I went in, but service was speedy and friendly

Love this cafe! Their coffee is up there with the best, and why pay chain prices when you can support local. Food is lovely and prices great. Everything is cooked to order and served piping hot. I recommend asking for crusty bread if you get a sandwich or toast! Yummy. Owners are lovely.
